About the Program

The Heartwood Foundation Women & Cancer Program has been providing free holistic healthcare treatments to low income women with cancer since 2004. Our highly-trained, compassionate practitioners have many years of experience in working with individuals with cancer.

Women who participate in our program are able to receive free sessions of acupuncture, massage, and psychotherapy as well as classes in tai chi, yoga, and meditation. We will work with you to set up a treatment plan that will best address the specific challenges that you face.

How to Participate in the Program

"This program has been a gift and a blessing! It has allowed me to address some critical areas of emotional and spiritual healing that I would have been reluctant to address due to considerable expenses incurred due to multiple major health issues over the past several years."
